Responding to the special emulation campaign to welcome the congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, term 2024 - 2029, localities and units in Ha Tinh are implementing many exciting and meaningful activities and tasks.
Nam Phuc Thang people go to the fields to produce winter crops, responding to the emulation movement.
In Nam Phuc Thang commune (Cam Xuyen), the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented a livelihood model, inaugurated and started construction of houses for poor households; villages and hamlets launched environmental sanitation campaigns, removed mixed gardens, built drainage ditches, and produced winter crops... The competitive atmosphere was vibrant and spread throughout the village roads and alleys.
Sharing her joy of being one of the poor households receiving the livelihood model on this occasion, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Trang (Huong Quang village - Nam Phuc Thang commune) said: "The cow worth 10 million VND that has just been given will be a very precious gift for my family. We will take good care of and raise the cow so that it can reproduce, creating a foundation for developing the family economy, trying to escape poverty."
Huong Khe District Fatherland Front Committee presents health insurance cards to poor households.
The Fatherland Front Committee of Huong Khe district has just organized a program to present 50 health insurance cards to people in flood-affected areas in Ha Linh and Dien My communes with a total value of nearly 25 million VND. In addition, the Fatherland Front Committee of the district also connected with businesses to present 50 gifts with a total value of 25 million VND to people in difficult circumstances.
During this special emulation period, Huong Khe district carried out many activities such as: giving gifts, starting construction of charity houses; launching the Fatherland Front of communes and towns to compete to successfully carry out key tasks and coordination programs, contributing to the completion of the set socio-economic development targets.

Chairman of the Huong Son District Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Thanh Dong said: “In response to the special emulation campaign, the district Fatherland Front has clearly identified many key tasks. In which, the district level will carry out at least 3 tasks; the commune level will carry out at least 2 tasks; each civil servant, employee, and worker of the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations will have at least 1 creative and practical idea to respond to the emulation campaign.”
The Provincial Women's Union awarded 20 chicken breeding livelihood models worth 98 million VND to 20 poor female members in Ky Xuan commune (Ky Anh district).
Member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front also responded to the campaign with many projects and tasks related to their political functions and tasks such as: The Provincial Youth Union exhibited valuable documentary photos on transportation, logistics, and bridge and road construction activities on the Truong Son route (Ho Chi Minh trail); The Provincial Women's Union presented livelihood models and gifts to members in difficulty, and sponsored orphans; The Veterans Association launched a campaign to build new rural areas...
The special emulation campaign to welcome the congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels will be implemented from November 2023 to October 2024. Activities will be linked to the political tasks and practical situations of localities and units. The movement aims to encourage people of all walks of life to compete to contribute to the successful implementation of resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels.
The works and tasks carried out by localities and units across the province are a dedication and meaningful gift to welcome the congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels, the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ha Tinh province, towards the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029.
