In 1934, the house was reinforced and 6 more adjacent rooms were built, becoming the unique 9-room architecture as it is today. With an area of 400m2 , the house frame consists of over 100 wooden columns, of which 40 main columns are 9m high.
The wooden column system is connected through mortise and tenon holes with the rafters and crossbeams. The roof is covered with traditional yin-yang tiles. There are no partitions between the rooms, creating a large living space in the house.
