The team of the University of Economics and Law - Ho Chi Minh City National University used a situation related to "Collecting and using user information in e-commerce transactions", to convey the message of self-protection of personal information and condemning violations of the law in this issue. The skit of the Nguyen Tat Thanh University Team focused on the issue of "Consumer rights and obligations in e-commerce transactions" through handling the situation of returning a product that did not match the original description of a couple of friends who are passionate about online shopping. Faced with a new topic of "Third party responsibility in digital transactions", the Cao Thang Technical College Team chose to present the "half-crying, half-laughing" situation of a young man who mistakenly bought a poor quality product on an e-commerce platform to give to his lover's family. The situation in the skit of the Ho Chi Minh City College of Industry and Trade Team was the issue of "Protecting consumers' personal information in e-commerce transactions". Accordingly, this is an important responsibility of business organizations and individuals. In addition, consumers themselves also need to be proactive, consciously participate in self-protection and contact and report to the authorities when detecting signs of fraud and impersonation. Through the competitions, the Contest has created a playground for young consumers to innovate and make a breakthrough in quality and effectiveness in propaganda, dissemination, and laws on consumer protection and e-commerce in the 4.0 technology era; Bringing the dissemination and education of law to young people and into the practical life of consumers; creating a strong change in awareness and improving understanding for consumers when participating in e-commerce transactions. Encouraging and arousing the potential and aspirations of young consumers in contributing to building a healthy and sustainable e-commerce business and consumption environment in Vietnam. The contest also contributes to promoting propaganda, raising knowledge and awareness of consumers, the business community and society about the law on consumer rights protection.
