Cashless payments not only facilitate transactions for people and businesses, but also create a foundation for "banks" in Ha Tinh to complete the goal of "digital banking".
Mr. Nguyen Van Huong, residing in Hamlet 5, Cam Quang Commune (Cam Xuyen) often goes to Ha Tinh General Hospital for medical examination and treatment. In the past, every time he went to the hospital, he had to prepare money in advance to conveniently pay the hospital fee, not to mention the insecurity of carrying a lot of cash with him. Since being informed by bank officials, Mr. Huong has created an account and prioritized using online payment transactions.
