Organizing a mobile propaganda program on administrative reform in 2025 at the grassroots level

Implementing the annual plan, the Cultural and Cinema Center conducts mobile propaganda at the grassroots level on the topic of administrative reform propaganda, communication on administrative procedure control activities in 2025; Exhibition of publications to welcome Party Congresses at all levels; administrative reform work; to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

Accordingly, the Propaganda and Mobile Team - Provincial Cultural and Cinema Center coordinated with the Department of Culture, Science and Information; Cultural, Radio and Television Center of Muong Cha district to organize a program to propagate administrative reform, communicate administrative procedure control activities in 2025, serving cadres, soldiers and people of all ethnic groups at Muong Cha District Center and communes: Muong Tung; Huoi Leng; Sa Long; Na Sang; Muong Muon .

The program is held from April 14 to 20, 2025, including: General art performances with the theme of praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland, the country, the people of Dien Bien, praising administrative reform, combined with loudspeaker propaganda, visual propaganda, and publication propaganda; oral propaganda, with the content of simplifying administrative procedures, building e-government, digital government, improving the quality of service for people and businesses, and at the same time integrating the information story "Change to be professional and disciplined in administrative reform", through information skits to help people understand, remember and have a more vivid view of the role and significance of administrative reform in social life. This is also a propaganda activity to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels; Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification; love for the homeland; Encourage cadres and people of all ethnic groups in the province in general, and people of Muong Cha district in particular, to work enthusiastically in production, develop the socio-economy and ensure national security and defense.

Through the activities, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, the achievements and orientations of administrative reform, and the communication of administrative procedure control activities have been disseminated in a variety of forms, with propaganda content that is easy to listen to, easy to watch, easy to understand and easy to follow, safe, effective and economical. Thereby, the role and responsibility of leaders, awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers about the meaning, goals and importance of administrative reform, communication of administrative procedure control activities have been enhanced; creating high consensus and unanimity to gather and promote all resources to effectively implement administrative reform at the locality and unit./.
