Nghe An handed over nearly 200,000 m2 of land to build an urban area in Vinh City.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned 197,030 m2 of land (phase 1) to Hung Son Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company to implement the urban area construction investment project in Hung Loc ward, Vinh city.


Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned 197,030 m2 of land (phase 1) to Hung Son Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company to implement the urban area construction investment project in Hung Loc ward, Vinh city.

According to Decision No. 441/QD-UBND just issued, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Tax Department to notify Hung Son Investment and Trading Company to pay land use fees/land rent, fees and charges according to regulations.

Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment determines land prices, issues certificates of land use rights and ownership of other assets attached to land. Takes the lead and coordinates with relevant units to determine boundaries and hand over land on site to Hung Son Investment and Trading Company according to regulations.

Nghe An Provincial Land Registration Office updates and corrects land database and cadastral records according to the provisions of law.

The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units, according to their functions, tasks and authority, to guide Hung Son Investment and Trading Company to implement in accordance with regulations.

Vinh City People's Committee and Hung Loc Ward People's Committee perform the state management function on land use, environmental protection, fire prevention and fighting of Hung Son Investment and Trading Company according to the provisions of law.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee also requested Hung Son Investment and Trading Company to comply with financial obligations, implement the project in accordance with planning, land use purposes, and regulations related to investment, construction, land, and environmental protection.

Specifically, in nearly 200,000 m2 of land allocated, there are 59,473.4 m2 of urban land for building low-rise housing areas according to approved planning in the form of State land allocation with land use fee collection, land use term of 50 years.

For 12,764.7 m2 of urban land for the construction of social housing areas, the Provincial People's Committee decided on the form of land allocation with land use fee collection but exempted from land use fee. The investor does not have to carry out procedures for determining land price, calculating exempted land use fee and does not have to carry out procedures for requesting exemption from land use fee, land rent, and 50-year land use term.

For 124,791.0 m2 of land used for the purpose of constructing non-business technical infrastructure and social infrastructure works of the project (including: 79,700.8 m2 of traffic land; 20,894.8 m2 of green land; 1,904.7 m2 of land for building a cultural house; 866.2 m2 of wastewater treatment land; 21,424.5 m2 of land for water surface construction). The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. After completing construction according to the plan, the investor must hand it over to Vinh City People's Committee for management.
