According to the announcement of the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the past 24 hours, the country's forces have intercepted 7 HARM anti-radar missiles, 1 Storm Shadow missile and 7 missiles launched from the HIMARS system.
It is the first time Moscow has reported shooting down one of the British-supplied missiles since Kiev began using them last week.

Britain confirmed it had supplied Storm Shadow missiles to Ukraine last week and Kiev quickly used the weapons to attack Lugansk.
Lugansk authorities have accused Ukraine of launching Shadow Storm missiles in recent airstrikes on the region. Two of the missiles damaged residential buildings, an office building and two cars. Acting Lugansk Governor Leonid Pasechnik said a military aviation school was hit but the attack did not cause any casualties.
Before Britain delivered to Ukraine cruise missiles that can strike targets up to 300km away, Kiev did not have any Western weapons with a comparable range.
London said the new weapons would support Ukrainian forces in their long-planned counter-offensive against Russia.
The Storm Shadows missile, manufactured by MBDA, is described as having some stealth capabilities due to its relatively small size and ability to hug the terrain to avoid radar detection.
