On December 30, Sputnik quoted its own sources as saying that the Russian military raided a warehouse of ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles being transported from Romania to Ukraine via the Odessa region.
Sputnik 's source said that the attack took place on November 28, and the ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles were transferred to Ukraine by sea from the Romanian port of Constanta by Western allies.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, over the past week, Russian armed forces also conducted 32 precision strikes using high-tech weapons and drones, destroying two Grom-2 rocket launchers, three HIMARS launchers and one Ukrainian Neptune 2 anti-ship missile launcher.
Russia's expansion of its strikes on Ukraine's missile arsenal comes after Pentagon press secretary Pat Ryder confirmed that the Biden administration has authorized Kiev to use US-supplied long-range missiles such as ATACMS to strike deep into Russian territory.
The attacks were focused on Russia's western Kursk region, Mr Ryder said.
Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Ukraine had attacked targets in the Kursk and Bryansk regions on November 19 with ATACMS and Storm Shadows missiles supplied by the UK. He also claimed that Russia had successfully tested an Oreshnik ballistic missile on November 21, hitting a Ukrainian defense industrial complex in the city of Dnipro.
Also according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the past week, the country's air defense has shot down 10 US-made ATACMS long-range missiles, 15 Hammer (France) and JDAM (US) guided bombs, 2 HIMARS rockets (US), 1 Neptune missile (Ukraine) and 353 unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).
In addition, the Russian army also carried out 32 major strikes with precision weapons targeting strategic military targets in Ukraine.
Ukraine has not yet responded to the above statements.
