- Replace the scale and level of Bien Hoa Airport in Section 15, Part II, Appendix I, level 4C with level 4E.
- Replace the scale and level of Bien Hoa Airport in section 18, part II, Appendix II, level 4C with level 4E.
* Bien Hoa military airport was built in 1955, located in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province, about 30 km from Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city.
Bien Hoa Airport is located in a prime location, with good visibility, at the northeastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, with a landing and take-off direction nearly parallel and in the same direction as Tan Son Nhat International Airport, with runways not far apart, so it is convenient for both airports to operate. Bien Hoa Airport also has two runways 3.6 km long with a system of taxiways, aircraft parking lots, warehouses, flight control tower systems, etc.
When Bien Hoa airport is put into civil operation, Dong Nai will be the first locality in the country to simultaneously own two airports serving civil and commercial purposes: Long Thanh international airport and Bien Hoa dual-use airport.
