Mr. Lieng Van Xuan, a judicial officer of Quang Kim commune, said: Every day I receive and handle 20-30 files related to my field of responsibility. For administrative procedures that must be handled on the National Public Service Portal, many people in ethnic minority and extremely disadvantaged areas do not have the equipment to carry out these procedures, so we have helped people overcome this.

In recent times, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Quang Kim commune have regularly directed and operated administrative reforms associated with the responsibility of leaders in performing tasks. Based on the directives and instructions of superiors, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune have issued many documents and plans to implement the emulation movement for administrative reform; integrating administrative reform propaganda to the villages and on the loudspeaker system. In 2023, Quang Kim commune has conducted 27 propaganda sessions on administrative reform with 1,500 participants; publicly posted 100% of administrative procedures. Quang Kim commune also focuses on reforming the organization, apparatus, and public service regime; regularly indoctrinating and directing commune cadres and civil servants to raise their sense of responsibility in public service activities; strengthening administrative discipline and discipline, improving the quality of service to the people.

Mr. Vu Van Son, Vice Chairman of Quang Kim Commune People's Committee informed: In 2023, Quang Kim Commune One-Stop Department resolved 1,189 cases with 99.7% of people's evaluations from satisfaction and above; cut 30% of processing time for 95 administrative procedures, and prevented the situation of late return of documents.

In Ban Phiet commune (Bao Thang district), the one-stop shop is also scientifically arranged, with waiting chairs for people. Ban Phiet has 8 villages, of which 48% of the population are ethnic minorities. In 2023, the People's Committee of Ban Phiet commune issued 35 documents directing and implementing administrative reforms. Administrative reform propaganda work focuses on the following contents: Policies and guidelines of the Party and State on administrative reform; implementing online public services at levels 3 and 4; guiding people to create accounts on the National Public Service Portal...

Ban Phiet Commune also invested in equipment and facilities to serve administrative reform. The one-stop department was assigned 3 civil servants with university degrees or higher. To assess people's feelings, Ban Phiet Commune People's Committee distributed survey forms on people's satisfaction in implementing administrative reform, the result was that 100% of the votes were satisfied or higher.

In 2023, the Ban Phiet commune one-stop department handled more than 1,400 records, over 99% of which were handled on time. Mr. Le Vu Ha, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ban Phiet commune, said: From the beginning of 2024, the Commune Party Committee issued a plan to reform administration and improve the quality and efficiency of receiving and handling administrative procedures at the one-stop department. The goal is to continue promoting administrative reform to build a democratic, modern, professional, disciplined, public and transparent administration. Implementing the Party Committee's plan, relevant departments have had many solutions to successfully complete the set goals.
