VietinBank Insurance - VBI pays 405 million VND in insurance benefits to customers in Doan Hung

On April 18, in Doan Hung District (Phu Tho), VietinBank Tay Bac Insurance Company held a ceremony to pay loan insurance benefits in the amount of VND 405 million to the family of customer Nguyen Thi Lan, who unfortunately had an accident while taking out a loan at the bank. In the situation where the family lost a loved one, the insurance benefit payment has partly shared the financial burden, helping the remaining people to ease their worries and soon stabilize their lives.

Previously, to develop the family business, Mr. Tran Xuan Hong and his wife Nguyen Thi Lan borrowed capital from VietinBank and participated in a loan insurance contract to provide financial protection for themselves and their family.

After receiving the news of Ms. Lan's sudden passing, VietinBank Tay Bac Insurance Company - the insurance contract provider - quickly coordinated with VietinBank Phu Tho Town Branch to send condolences and encouragement to the family, and at the same time guided the family to complete the documents to receive insurance benefits with a total insurance amount of 405 million VND, including 400 million VND of insurance benefits and 5 million VND of funeral support.
