Handing over the bridge "Military-Civilian Friendship 14"

Colonel Do Tan Phuoc, Vice President of the Association of War Veterans of Ca Mau province, together with representatives of Trung Vuong Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Red Cross of District 11, Ho Chi Minh City cut the ribbon to inaugurate the "Army-Civilian Friendship 14" bridge.

The bridge is 3 m wide and 26 m long, with a total value of 212 million VND, of which Ms. Le Hong Nhung, Thien Tam Red Cross Society, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City mobilized donors to sponsor 200 million VND, the rest was matched by the locality. On this occasion, the Provincial Veterans Association mobilized Trung Vuong Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City to donate 10 bicycles and 10 gifts to 10 disadvantaged students in the commune.

Ms. Le Hong Nhung (left cover), Thien Tam Red Cross Society, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, and sponsors presented the facade to the local government, supporting the construction cost of the "Nghia tinh quan dan 14" bridge.

Colonel Do Tan Phuoc, Vice Chairman of the Association of War Veterans of Ca Mau province, awarded a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province to Ms. Vuong Cam Binh, who contributed funds to build a rural bridge in Tan Hiep Loi B hamlet.

Colonel Do Tan Phuoc, Vice President of the Association of War Veterans of Ca Mau province, said that this is one of the activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Over the years, the Association of War Veterans of the province has always paid attention to and accompanied benefactors in carrying out social security work, building many rural bridges and houses of solidarity in the province, prioritizing difficult areas and resistance bases. Thereby, contributing significantly to changing the face of the countryside and improving people's lives.
