On the morning of September 19, the Ho Chi Minh City Writers Association and the Stage Publishing House organized a book launch event for "The Singer" and a meeting with author Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc. Author Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc has staged over 30 plays and written over 70 traditional and contemporary scripts for the stage, written over 30 scripts for cinema, written hundreds of episodes for television, and a number of research works on stage and reformed opera.

Among them, she wrote the memoir "Tam Thanh and Loc Doi" by Meritorious Artist Thanh Loc, wrote the script for Tre Film Studio to produce a portrait film about Meritorious Artist Thanh Ton - the father of Meritorious Artist Thanh Loc, creating a strong impression in the public's heart about a hát bội artist who devoted himself to life with many good roles.
