Airlines increase proactive notification of flight schedules to customers
According to a representative of Vietnam Airlines, the airline has proactively informed passengers about this situation and will try to reschedule flights as soon as possible. At the same time, the Southern Airports Authority will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure safety and timely handling of any emergency situations.
Vietjet recommends that passengers check flight schedules before arriving at the airport because in case of bad weather, flight schedules may change. For example, passengers can access the "My Flights" section on the airline's website or Vietjet Air mobile app or contact the airport staff directly for assistance.
Airlines hope to receive sympathy and understanding from passengers in case bad weather affects flight schedules.
This is an unavoidable situation, causing many costs and fuel consumption, but passenger safety is always the top priority.
