Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines “take off” with National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025

In this role, the two companies will accompany each other in transporting and promoting Hue Festival 2025, affirming their sustainable commitment to preserving cultural values, developing local tourism and enhancing Vietnam's image on the world tourism map.

Vietnam Airlines has been accompanying the Hue Festival since 2016, playing a key role in connecting tourist destinations, heritage sites and spreading Vietnamese cultural identity. This long-term cooperation is a testament to the spirit of “Flying Together”, contributing to Vietnam’s deep integration with the world through the expansion of “soft borders” - a mission that Vietnam Airlines has always strived to achieve over the past 30 years (1995-2025).

With a frequency of 3 flights/day from Hanoi and 5 flights/day from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue, Vietnam Airlines continues to serve the needs of passenger transportation during the Hue Festival 2025. This commitment is also demonstrated by Pacific Airlines through the re-operation of the Ho Chi Minh City - Hue route with a frequency of 7 flights/week, helping to connect destinations and promote tourism in the region.

Over the years, Vietnam Airlines has actively organized tourism promotion programs with provinces, cities, domestic and international partners; promoted destinations through Heritage magazine, flights and major festivals such as Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, Da Lat Flower Festival, Nha Trang Sea Festival. The airline has also continuously participated in hundreds of major fairs around the world such as ITB Berlin, WTM London, EXPO Japan, ITB Asia... to promote the country's tourism industry.
