Luc Ngan: 4 forest fires occurred in one day

Specifically, on the afternoon of April 15, a forest fire broke out in Ben village and another in Ao Vuong village (both in Cam Son commune). The fire in the lychee garden of a Ben village household spread to the protective forest. Upon receiving the information, functional forces and local authorities were mobilized to coordinate in controlling the fire.

The fire in Ao Vuong village has been extinguished. However, the fire in Ben village has spread to the production forest area in Bac Hoa village (Tan Son commune). It is known that as of 9:00 p.m. on April 15, the fire has not been controlled, the government, people and functional forces are trying to put out the forest fire.

Also on April 15, in Sa Ly commune (Luc Ngan), there were 2 forest fires. One of them was a large-scale natural forest fire in Tram village. Forces were mobilized to actively participate in fighting the fire for many hours, and by the evening of the same day, the fire was extinguished. However, due to the dry weather, thick vegetation, and rotten branches and trunks, the risk of the fire breaking out again was very high.

On the afternoon of April 15, in Xe Mong village, Sa Ly commune, a forest fire occurred in a household's production area. The fire has now been controlled.

The causes and extent of damage of the above forest fires are being investigated and clarified by authorities.
