A woman who was rummaging through the trash here said that the dump has existed for many months and is getting bigger every day. At first, there were only 1-2 small piles, but now the entire road next to the field is covered in trash. In many places, the trash has spilled into the fields. People living nearby suspect that the trash is from businesses in nearby industrial parks who take advantage of the night to dump it here.
On April 15, discussing the above situation, a representative of the Quang Chau Ward People's Committee informed that the above road section is not under local management but is located on the land of Ninh Khanh residential group, Nenh ward, and the same town. However, a representative of the Ninh Khanh residential group management board, Nenh ward, affirmed that the above road section is not part of their residential group's land. Locating by phone again showed that the road section belongs to Nui Hieu residential group, Quang Chau ward (?!).

To determine which ward the road belongs to, it is necessary to compare it with the cadastral map. However, in reality, the road was formed from the Dong Van Bac Quang Chau residential area project. Therefore, to solve the waste situation in this area, the responsibility first belongs to the Quang Chau Ward People's Committee and the related residential groups. It is recommended that the Quang Chau Ward People's Committee promptly handle the above-mentioned spontaneous industrial waste dump, ensuring the environment and green, clean landscape of the road.

In particular, attention should be paid to arranging forces to detect and clarify subjects that illegally dump industrial waste, strictly handle them according to regulations, and resolutely not let this situation recur in the area.
