Reflecting to Nguoi Dua Tin, many areas of land in Dai Kim Ward (Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) have been "magically transformed" into parking lots, driving practice grounds, soccer fields... that have been operating for many years, causing insecurity and disorder, posing a high risk of fire and explosion, but have not been thoroughly handled by the authorities.

Regarding many areas of land in Dai Kim ward being "carved up" and used for the wrong purposes, Nguoi Dua Tin contacted the leaders of Dai Kim ward People's Committee but has not received a response.

In the Dang Xuan Bang street area adjacent to the Lu River, there are a series of factories with simple blue corrugated iron roofs, posing many potential fire and explosion risks.

Two new pickleball courts have also been built here.

According to many residents, the operation of the parking lot, soccer field and kiosks do not ensure fire prevention and fighting, causing disorder and traffic safety. Many residents also raised many questions about whether the local government is showing signs of lax management, allowing these violations to operate openly for many years, challenging the law.
