Kinhtedothi - Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1739/QD-UBND dated March 26 approving the investment policy of the project to build a road connecting from the eastern road of the district administrative area to road 2.5 under the planning of the new urban area Thinh Liet, Hoang Mai district.
Accordingly, the Decision on investment policy for the project to build a road connecting from the East road of the District administrative area to the 2.5 road in the planning of the new urban area of Thinh Liet, Hoang Mai district; the City People's Committee assigned the Hoang Mai District People's Committee as the investor; implementation time from 2025; Total estimated investment is 301 billion VND.
The project aims to connect traffic to complete the regional traffic network, creating links between Tan Mai Street, the East Road of the district administrative area and Road 2.5; Help reduce traffic congestion, especially on main roads such as Phap Van - Cau Gie and Ring Road 2.5; Develop urban infrastructure: Create a driving force for synchronous development for the new urban area Thinh Liet and neighboring areas; Ensure security and defense: Improve traffic conditions, help increase the ability to respond to emergency situations such as fire fighting, ambulance, etc.
The project is a level II traffic project with a total route length of about 0.955 km; Cross-section of 30m; Investment items are construction of foundation and road surface of high-grade asphalt road A1; Technical infrastructure system: Rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage system, Water supply system, electricity supply system, lighting system, Green tree system, sidewalk, Technical trench and cable arrangement.
The City People's Committee assigned the Investor to fully exercise the authority and responsibility of the investor agency according to current regulations; Preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the Feasibility Study Report, submit to competent authorities to decide on project investment in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Construction and relevant legal provisions.
At the same time, organize the management and implementation of project investment procedures in accordance with the contents of this decision and the regulations of the State and Hanoi City on management of construction investment projects, construction quality management, construction investment cost management, investment supervision and evaluation, and community supervision; Ensure project implementation on schedule and quality assurance in accordance with current laws.
In addition, the City People's Committee assigned the Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Agriculture and Environment, based on their functions and tasks, to inspect, guide, and coordinate with the Investor during the project implementation process.
