Revealing the best receptionist in Ha Tinh in 2023

After 3 rounds of competition, contestant Nguyen Thi Ngan (Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot Hotel) excellently won first prize in the 2023 Ha Tinh Hotel Reception Competition.

On the afternoon of November 10, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tinh coordinated with the Provincial Tourism Association to organize the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 2023 Hotel Reception Competition.

Representatives of some departments and branches of Ha Tinh province and leaders of the Tourism Association of Nghe An and Quang Binh provinces also attended.

Delegates attended the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the competition.

During 1 day (November 10), the 2023 Ha Tinh Hotel Reception Competition took place in a vibrant atmosphere. 15 contestants from hotels and accommodation establishments went through 3 competitions including: style, communication skills, self-introduction and skills to sell products of tourist accommodation establishments; handling real-life situations at the reception desk and talent competition.

Candidates take part in a behavioral test to solve real-life situations at the reception desk.

Along with professional behavior and convincing problem solving, many contestants also demonstrated their ability to explain and communicate fluently in English... leaving many good impressions in the hearts of delegates and audiences attending the program.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 7 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes to the contestants. Among them, contestant Nguyen Thi Ngan, currently a receptionist at Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot Hotel, won the first prize.

From the results of the contest, the Organizing Committee also selected the 10 best contestants to continue training and improve their knowledge to participate in the Receptionist Skills Competition in inter-provincial tourist accommodation establishments Thanh Hoa - Nghe An - Ha Tinh, scheduled to be held in Nghe An at the end of November 2023.

10 candidates were selected to attend the regional competition in the coming time.
