At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Fisheries and Quality of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products launched a movement for the entire population to participate in the work of protecting, conserving, restoring, regenerating and developing aquatic resources and protecting the ecological environment. This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the role and responsibility of organizations, individuals and people in joining hands to preserve, protect, regenerate and develop aquatic resources in areas with natural water sources.

Delegates release fish to restore aquatic resources at Ham Ky Lake, Xuan Ang Commune.

At the same time, propagate and mobilize people not to fish with electric pulses, toxic substances and prohibited fishing gear; actively promote aquaculture development to reduce pressure on exploitation activities.

After the launching ceremony, over 100,000 native aquatic species including grass carp, bighead carp, silver carp, common carp... were released into Ham Ky Lake.
