When she was unemployed, she was delighted to see recruitment information that matched her major. After carefully researching the job, she learned more about the culture of the company she was applying to.

"I support companies that organize team building. However, after watching the activities of that unit such as the game of men and women riding inflatable horses and passing food, water, flour... to each other by mouth, I realized that I could not belong there," Ms. Ngoc Anh frankly said.

According to this worker, such games simulate kissing and physical contact, which are very offensive. Therefore, although she was quite interested in the job, she decided not to apply.

Meanwhile, a member of the DH working in the media sector in Hanoi frankly does not support team building activities. The reason, according to this person, is because the activities currently organized are quite cumbersome and distorted.

"I think the criteria of team building is to connect and create joy for company members. However, sometimes this activity is transformed into quite sensitive jokes, touching the body...", Mr. Q. shared.

From the fact that many people are afraid to participate in outdoor team building activities in hot weather and strenuous exercise, Mr. Q. thinks that we should choose activities based on the convenience of the tourist destination such as organizing cultural activities at dinner parties... In addition, regularly organize related departments and offices at the end of the month to connect more closely.

"In general, I think organizing such activities will be sustainable in the long term and create real sharing and connection between leaders and employees in the company," this employee commented.

Ms. Ngoc Anh still supports team building within the framework of vacation, healthy eating and entertainment and under the sponsorship of the company.

However, according to this young person, it is necessary to limit strenuous activities and outdoor games because not everyone is energetic and has enough physical strength to participate in activities in hot weather.
