On the afternoon of January 28, the delegation of leaders of Kham Muon province led by Comrade Van Xay Phong Sa Van - Secretary, Provincial Governor visited and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Tinh. They were accompanied by leaders of Kham Muon province.

Welcoming the delegation were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Trung Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau.

Comrade Van Xay Phong Sa Van also expressed his thanks and appreciation for the companionship, cooperation and support of Ha Tinh province in all fields, especially in the implementation of the project "Construction of irrigation system in Nong Boc district" and the training of human resources for Kham Muon province in recent times.

Sharing with the delegation of leaders of Khammouane province about the socio-economic situation, national defense and security and the province's outstanding achievements in 2023, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Trung Dung emphasized the cooperative relationship between Ha Tinh and Khammouane provinces. The cooperative activities between the two provinces not only contribute to strengthening solidarity but also play an important role in promoting socio-economic development and maintaining national defense and security of each province.

At the program, Ha Tinh province presented a symbol to support Kham Muon with 500 million VND to overcome the consequences of the flood.
