Traffic police of Hue City Police work with Mr. Q.

Previously, at around 10:00 a.m. on March 31, 2025, on Pham Van Dong Street, there was a traffic collision between a motorbike with license plate 75H1-182.02 and a motorbike with license plate 75H1-667.43. After the two vehicles collided, the driver of motorbike 75H1-667.43 kicked and hit the driver of motorbike 7H51-182.02 with his feet and hands; and made other threatening remarks. The incident was recorded by the dash cam of the vehicle behind, then posted and spread on social media, making many people angry at this aggressive action.

After receiving information about the incident, the Traffic Police Department of the City Police coordinated with Vy Da Ward Police to verify and clarify the identity of the owner of vehicle 75H1-667.43, Pham Q. (born in 2002, residing in Phu My Commune, Phu Vang District) and invited this person to the Police headquarters for clarification.

During the investigation, Mr. Q. admitted his actions and expressed that at the time of the incident, he was worried about the health of his pregnant wife sitting behind him and could not control his actions. Mr. Q. asked to compensate for the damage he caused to Mr. HN (vehicle owner with license plate number 75H1-182.02). As for Mr. N., because he was in a hurry to bring lunch to his wife who was being treated at Hue Central Hospital, he did not keep a safe distance when participating in traffic, leading to the collision. Fortunately, there were no injuries or property damage to Mr. Q. or passersby.

The City Police Traffic Police Department coordinated with Vy Da Ward Police to continue to consolidate the case file and handle it according to their authority.
