Lam Ha public investment disbursement rate reaches 9.65%

In the first quarter of 2025, Lam Ha district focused on directing agencies and units to accelerate the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital and capital sources for national target programs.

In 2025, the total public investment plan of Lam Ha district is arranged at 179 billion VND; of which, public investment capital is 138.8 billion VND and national target program capital is 40.2 billion VND. In the first 3 months of the year, the locality has disbursed 17.3 billion VND, reaching 9.65%.

For the national target program, the district has allocated capital sources since the beginning of the year. In 2025, the total planned capital allocated is 39.3 billion VND; of which investment capital is 31.7 billion VND, and public capital is 7.51 billion VND. Currently, the estimated implementation volume is 25 billion VND, expected to disburse about 22 billion VND before April 10, 2025, reaching 65% of the investment capital plan.

To increase the rate of public investment disbursement to meet the set target, Lam Ha district is focusing on implementing well the work of revenue management, preventing tax losses from land, natural resources and minerals. In addition, improving the quality of analysis, evaluation and planning for the next quarter. Striving to collect 60% of the plan in the second quarter. Along with that, the district strictly manages expenditures from the state budget according to the estimate and collection progress.

Regarding the progress of implementing national target programs, Lam Ha district focuses on implementing the work of requesting investment policies and preparing documents for works and projects for early implementation.
