There have been more than 12,000 opinions, initiatives and wishes sent by young people to the Youth Union for advice, and over 600 questions have been answered directly or through the information portal.

Ideal - the "guiding principle" for all actions
The topic of propaganda and education for youth is the topic that receives the most questions. Truong Thi Nhat Anh (Ha Tinh) and many others are wondering how the Youth Union can create an environment that inspires youth ideals, motivates youth to realize their ideals, and improve the effectiveness of youth education.
Mr. Bui Quang Huy said that ideals are the "compass" for all actions, and "without ideals, we are like rudderless boats, not knowing where to go." But the noble ideals of each individual must be linked to the noble goals of the country, and must blend into the common aspirations of the country.
Emphasizing the Party's 2030 goal and 2045 vision, which have set out the path and aspiration to build a prosperous and happy country, Mr. Huy said that it is very necessary for young people with the aspiration to contribute to building the country to achieve that goal, on the ideological foundation of the Party, which is Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought.
The Youth Union is constantly innovating, approaching young people in new ways, taking advantage of modern data warehouses on cyberspace, and needs more competitions and replicating existing good models.
"Setting an example is extremely important. Higher-level Youth Union officials set an example for their subordinates, Youth Union officials set an example for their members, members set an example for the youth, and they set an example for teenagers and children," Huy emphasized.
At the forum, a student asked how to increase the percentage of young party members, especially high school party members, when many students study well but cannot be admitted because they are not old enough.
In response, Mr. Huy said that one of the most important tasks of the Youth Union is to introduce outstanding members to the Party for consideration, and joining the Party is also the legitimate aspiration of many young people.
According to Mr. Huy, to become a young communist, one must first be enlightened. Therefore, political and ideological education and traditions must be done better. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, with a specific roadmap for selection and training from the time when one is still a team member and continue to monitor and guide the next stages.
"The Party's Charter stipulates that admission is considered from the age of 18, not at the age of 18. So it is possible that a qualified student can join the Party while in grade 11, and we will propose this," said Mr. Huy.

Innovation to escape the old rut
From the IT-3 platform (Vietnam Oil and Gas Group), engineer Nguyen Tien Dat hopes to hear the Union's solutions to support union members and young people in realizing ideas, creating, and improving the quality of the Creative Youth movement.
Sharing, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Ngo Van Cuong emphasized that creativity is very important for young people. Along with praising and rewarding young people with creative ideas, the Youth Union will continue to create an environment, provide professional advice, promote brands and products of young people, and support ideas to become reality. At the same time, coordinate with related units to form funds for creative ideas to access capital.
Mr. Bui Quang Huy added that when it comes to creativity, the most important thing is novelty, not scale. Creativity helps increase value, productivity, and work efficiency. Creativity is always associated with young people, and can be done anywhere, for any subject, regardless of role.
"If you are conscious of organizing your work, conscious of organizing labor and production with a creative spirit, then work efficiency will be higher, helping us escape the rut and old state. I hope that union members and young people across the country will always promote creativity in all their activities" - Mr. Huy advised.
Young people are currently actively and extensively participating in digital transformation in many fields, especially production and business. Mr. Ngo Van Cuong said that it is necessary to raise awareness among young people, organize training and coaching to help young people have digital skills and digital capacity, especially focusing on ethnic minority youth to successfully carry out digital transformation.

Support Vietnamese students studying abroad
From the Russian Federation, President of the Vietnamese Student Association in Russia Le Huynh Duc hopes that there will be Youth Union and Association organizations in countries where Vietnamese students are studying because they have received the attention and support of many international students.
On behalf of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Minh Triet congratulated the newly established Vietnamese Student Association in Russia and said that the establishment of the Youth Union - Association abroad was not beyond the desire to accompany and better support international students.
This is also the direction for developing the network of Vietnamese Student Associations abroad. "We consider this a very elite youth force, healthy, with the desire to contribute to the organization and the country" - Mr. Triet said.
Comprehensive training environment
Secretary of the Central Youth Union - Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Nguyen Pham Duy Trang said that in the coming time, he will research and organize programs and activities to care for and support children, especially children in difficult circumstances. He will focus on creating more environments for children to participate in activities, helping them to be confident in life and comprehensively train their morality - intelligence - physique - aesthetics.
Regarding improving foreign language skills and international integration, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam said that the Central Youth Union has advised the Prime Minister to issue the Program "Supporting the improvement of foreign language skills and international integration for youth union members". In which, the goal is to support 10 million youth union members by 2030.
