The Standing Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee voted to discipline in the form of a warning the Party Committee of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee for the 2004-2011 term and the Party Committee of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Executive Committee also reported to the Central Inspection Committee to request competent authorities to consider and take disciplinary action according to regulations against Mr. Ho Van Diem, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Secretary of the Party Delegation, former Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province, term X, 2019 - 2024.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee also decided to discipline by expelling from the Party Mr. Phan Trung Tuong, former member of the District Party Committee, former Secretary of the District People's Committee Office, former Vice Chairman of the Ia Grai District People's Committee, due to being prosecuted for criminal liability related to violations occurring at the Ia Grai District Branch Land Registration Office.
