BHG - On the morning of April 10, at the Provincial Employment Service Center, a signing ceremony for cooperation in consulting, introducing and supplying labor took place between the center and Goertek Vina Science and Technology Company Limited. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the center's leaders, business leaders, and officers and specialists in charge of recruitment and job introduction.

At the signing ceremony, the representative of Goertek Vina Company introduced an overview of the company's production and business activities. Accordingly, the company is currently headquartered at Lot N-1, Que Vo Industrial Park, Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province. With a modern production line and high level of specialization, the company specializes in manufacturing electronic components such as headphones, earphones, microphones, etc. for major partners, including Samsung Vietnam. The auxiliary items of the production line are always focused on maintenance and upgrading to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

The representative of the Provincial Employment Service Center also outlined the labor situation in the area, emphasizing that the proportion of ethnic minority workers accounts for the majority, the need to find stable jobs and good income. The representative of the center also affirmed its role as a bridge between workers and businesses, and expressed the hope that after receiving Ha Giang workers, the company will have preferential policies and appropriate support, especially for ethnic minority workers, to create conditions for them to stabilize their jobs, increase their income and gradually improve their quality of life.

It is known that currently there are about 1,400 workers in Ha Giang who have been working at Goertek Vina Company. Based on the discussion, the two sides have agreed on a plan to coordinate the recruitment and supply of about 300 workers to Goertek Vina Company in the coming time.

The signing of cooperation not only opens up job opportunities for local workers but also contributes to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
