Adjusting career capital to implement national target programs (NTPs) in the province according to Resolution No. 111/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024 of the National Assembly.
Adjusting medium-term capital for the 2021-2025 period to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas according to Resolution No. 111/2024/QH15 dated January 18, 2024 of the National Assembly.
Adjusting investment policy. Ky Ha waterway dredging project (phase 2). Proposing to adjust and supplement the medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2021 - 2025.
Stipulate criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Quang Nam province. Propose to adjust the provincial budget public investment plan in 2024. Project medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030. Stipulate other support levels in addition to regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land in the province.
Supplementing the list of land acquisition projects in 2024 of Dong Giang, Duy Xuyen and Dien Ban districts and towns. Supplementing the list of projects to change the purpose of use of production forest land in 2024 of Dong Giang and Duy Xuyen districts.
Regulations on the content and expenditure levels for vocational education teacher conferences, self-made training equipment competitions and vocational skills competitions in Quang Nam province.
Supplementing funding for the implementation of Resolution No. 43/2021/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the standard level of social assistance for social protection beneficiaries and other disadvantaged subjects in Quang Nam province.
Amending and supplementing Resolution No. 68/NQ-HDND dated September 29, 2021 and Resolution No. 59/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2023 of the People's Council of Quang Nam province on renovating and upgrading martyrs' cemeteries and works honoring martyrs in Quang Nam province for the period 2022 - 2026.
Amending Resolution No. 13/2023/NQ-HDND dated September 22, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on support policies for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Quang Nam province.
Regulations on tuition support levels for public educational institutions for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years in Quang Nam province.
Abolish Resolution No. 87/2013/NQ-HDND dated July 4, 2013 of the Provincial People's Council on forest protection and development planning of Quang Nam province for the period 2011 - 2020 and Resolution No. 44/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2016 of the Provincial People's Council on adjusting and supplementing the forest protection and development planning of Quang Nam province for the period 2011 - 2020.
Regulations on support regime for labor contracts that are redundant due to the arrangement of district-level administrative units in the province for the period 2023 - 2025.
