The 19th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council approved 10 draft resolutions.

At the 19th session of the 15th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, the Provincial People's Council delegates voted to approve 10 draft Resolutions. Of which, 9 draft Resolutions were related to socio-economic development issues and 1 draft Resolution was on personnel work.

Specifically:

1- Resolution on amending a number of contents of Article 1 of Resolution No. 171 dated December 20, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council approving the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050;

2- Resolution on investment policy for the project of Handling landslides on the left bank of Vac River from K19+300-K22+000 and handling the right embankment of Day River from K70+198-K70+518, Kim Son district;

3- Resolution on Supplementing the Central budget reserve fund in 2023 to overcome the consequences of natural disasters in the province;

4- Resolution on Allocation of public investment plan for 2024 (phase 2) of provincial budget capital;

5- Resolution on targeted supplement of the 2023 provincial budget for Ninh Binh city to support infrastructure investment in Ninh Binh city;

6- Resolution on approving the List of projects requiring land acquisition in Ninh Binh province in 2024;

7- Resolution on Regulations on prices of medical examination and treatment services not covered by the Health Insurance Fund in State medical examination and treatment facilities in Ninh Binh province.

8 - Resolution on adjusting the local budget estimate of Ninh Binh province in 2023.

9- Resolution on approving the List of conversion of rice-growing land and protective forest land use purposes to implement works and projects in the province in 2024.

10- Resolution on confirming the election results for additional positions of members of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province, term 2016-2021.
