On September 10, the State Audit Trade Union organized a launching ceremony to support people affected by storm No. 3 among all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the State Audit. The launching ceremony took place in both direct and online form at the State Audit headquarters (116 Nguyen Chanh, Cau Giay, Hanoi) and at the bridge points of the State Audit regions (except for the State Audit regions VI, VII, X). Chairman of the State Audit Trade Union Tran Kim Loc said that in recent days, due to the impact of storm No. 3, the northern provinces and cities suffered heavy damage. Storms and floods have left many people dead and missing, many houses flooded, collapsed, damaged, many hectares of rice and crops flooded, buried, many hectares of aquatic products damaged, many livestock and poultry died, swept away, many roads and bridges were damaged, degraded, many places are being cut off, many residential areas are isolated... With the spirit of joining hands with compatriots to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3, promoting the tradition of "mutual love and support," Ms. Tran Kim Loc shared that the launching ceremony aims to call on all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the State Audit to support compatriots to overcome the damage and consequences caused by storm No. 3. The minimum support level is one day's salary. According to initial preliminary statistics , the State Audit Trade Union has received 1.086 billion VND. On the afternoon of September 10, all of this money will be transferred to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, to promptly support support people affected by storms and floods. In addition to direct support at the Launching Ceremony, the State Audit Trade Union continues to receive support and contributions from groups and individuals until September 20, 2024.
