The Management Board of Binh Dinh Economic Zone has just reported to the Provincial People's Committee on the list of land lots for auction of land use rights to select investors in 2025 (land fund implemented by the unit).

Accordingly, in 2025, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board will have 3 land plots auctioning land use rights in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. These land plots all have a project operation period of 50 years.

Including 2 state-owned land areas with one-time payment for the entire lease term, including Eo Gio Eco-tourism Area (Quy Nhon City) with an area of 104,452.9 m2; Point 2 (2-1), Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Sea Tourism Area (Phu Cat District) with an area of 283,236.6 m2. The remaining land area is Trung Luong Sea View Stop (Phu Cat District) with an area of 35,000 m2.

According to Mr. Cao Thanh Thuong, Deputy Head of the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board, in 2024, the unit collected more than 157 billion VND from land use fees and more than 765 billion VND from land rent.

In particular, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board has completed the auction of land use rights to implement projects including the Southwest Urban Area of Nhon Ly Commune and the 2-2 Tourist Area at Point 2 of Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Beach Tourist Area; carried out procedures for auctioning land use rights, selecting investors to implement the Phuong Mai Mountainside Parking Lot Project.
