Located on the coastal route, De Gi Bridge has helped connect Phu Cat and Phu My districts of Binh Dinh province. Not only helping to develop the economy, the bridge has also brought people from both sides closer together.
Every Tet holiday, De Gi bridge has more value when connecting people who are far away from each other. Mr. Ly Tuan Anh (36 years old, residing in My Thanh commune, Phu My district) shared that 5 years ago, he got married in Cat Khanh commune, Phu Cat district. Before this bridge was built, he had to go back to Quy Nhon to go to his wife's hometown, which took him more than 25km, even though it was only about 2km away as the crow flies. This year, he goes to his wife's hometown more often during Tet thanks to the De Gi bridge connecting them. Photo: Dung Nhan
