(CLO) Hanoi People's Committee has just assigned Dong Anh District People's Committee more than 1.1 hectares of land in Van Loc 2 village, Xuan Canh commune to organize an auction of land use rights.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 594 on handing over more than 11,340 square meters of land in Xuan Canh commune to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area of Van Loc 2 village.
Of the total of more than 11,340m2 of land, more than 5,100m2 of residential land is for auction of land use rights. The form of land use is that the Dong Anh District People's Committee is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees. The land use term is according to the investment project implementation term as prescribed. The land allocation method is land allocation through auction of land use rights to implement projects using land. In addition, more than 6,200m2 is land for traffic, trees and connecting technical infrastructure.
Hanoi People's Committee requests Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas, economical and efficient use of land.
In addition, this district is responsible for preparing a plan for auctioning land use rights and submitting it to competent authorities for approval and organizing the auction of land use rights in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by law.
Recently, Hanoi has allocated land to many districts to organize land auctions in the coming time. For example, at the end of January, Hanoi allocated 8.82 hectares of land in Tay Tuu ward, Bac Tu Liem district to the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for service land in planning blocks DV09, DV11 of Tay Tuu ward.
The People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees; households and individuals are allocated service land by the State with land use fees for a long-term land use period. The People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District is responsible for investing in construction works according to investment projects and construction planning approved in accordance with regulations.
Previously, Hanoi City also decided to hand over more than 2 hectares of land in Van Dinh town and Lien Bat commune, Ung Hoa district to the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district to implement the investment project to build technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area.

Of which, there will be 0.6 ha of residential land for auction of land use rights. The form of land use for the People's Committee of Ung Hoa district is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees; the person who wins the auction of residential land use rights is allocated land by the State with land use fees, with a long-term land use term.
The remaining 1.46 hectares of land for traffic and trees, Ung Hoa District People's Committee is responsible for building synchronously with the general technical infrastructure of the area. The form of land allocation is without collecting land use fees with a long-term use period, and the method of land allocation is without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
In addition, the City also assigned 2.4 hectares of land in Dan Phuong commune, Dan Phuong district to the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Dong Say area, phase 4, 5, 6, Dan Phuong commune. Of which, land for building low-rise housing (auction land) is about 0.58 hectares; social housing land is 0.15 hectares; traffic land is 1.47 hectares; green land is 0.12 hectares...
Regarding the form of land use, the People's Committee of Dan Phuong district is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees.
The City People's Committee also decided to hand over 1.97 hectares of land in Ha Hoi commune, Thuong Tin district to the Thuong Tin district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Thuy Hoa 2 area, Ha Hoi commune. Accordingly, 1.1 hectares of land in the plots with symbols OM.08, OM.09, OM.10, OM.11, OM.12, OM.13, OM.14, OM.15, OM.16 will be auctioned for land use rights according to regulations.
