On November 8, Thuan An City Police (Binh Duong) prosecuted suspect Vu Quyet Thang (born 1995, residing in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) to investigate the crime of Resisting a person on official duty.

According to initial information, at around 10:00 p.m. on November 5, Special Patrol Team 171 of Binh Duong Police was on duty on National Highway 13 at Ong Bo Bridge intersection, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City.

At this time, the patrol team checked and discovered that Vu Quyet Thang was driving a motorbike with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.837 mg/01 liter of breath, so they made a record to handle the violation.

During the vehicle inspection, Thang suddenly punched a traffic police officer who was a member of Special Patrol Team 171 in the face. The patrol team restrained and handed over Vu Quyet Thang to Thuan An City Police for handling according to regulations.
