Dai Cuong Commune Military Party Cell is considered one of the typical units in Party building work and carrying out political tasks in the locality.
According to Mr. Le Van Tai - Deputy Secretary of the Commune Military Party Cell, the Party Cell is always proactive, closely following the instructions of superiors to build resolutions, have plans, and advise on weekly and monthly implementation according to regulations.
In the last term, the Party cell admitted 6/5 new Party members, excellently completed the targets of building militia forces, recruiting soldiers, practicing defensive combat and participating in military competitions with high achievements.
“At the Party cell, political and ideological education for commanding officers and soldiers is focused on; building each comrade with a strong political stance, steadfast in goals and ideals, absolute trust in the leadership of the Party and the administration, ready to receive and excellently complete assigned tasks, actively contributing to building a strong and comprehensive unit” – Mr. Tai shared.
During the last term, the Party Committee of Dai Cuong commune focused on building a clean and strong Party and political system, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization. Focusing on innovating the content and methods of the Party's leadership over the political system.
The Commune Party Committee develops and adjusts working regulations to suit the local situation. At the same time, it strictly implements the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and individual responsibility, and promotes the spirit of self-criticism and criticism in Party activities.
Develop action programs and plans, concretize documents from higher levels, assign comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee and Party Committee members in charge of each Party cell to urge the implementation of resolutions, promptly grasp the ideological situation and public opinion, and build solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee.

During the leadership process, the inspection and supervision work of the Commune Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee was deployed synchronously, promptly detecting and handling violations, preventing signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle.
Mass mobilization work has also seen many innovations, contributing to strengthening people's trust in the Party's leadership and building great national unity.
Over the past years, the Party Committee of Dai Cuong commune has been assessed by the Standing Committee of Dai Loc District Party Committee to have excellently completed its tasks. In 2023, the Party Committee of the commune was awarded the Flag of Recognition by the Provincial Party Committee for achieving the standard of "excellently completing tasks" for 5 consecutive years 2019 - 2023.
Potential for development
Promoting democracy and the strength of national solidarity, Dai Cuong commune has implemented many effective solutions in building advanced and exemplary new rural areas, moving towards building a smart commune.
In particular, the focus is on mobilizing maximum resources from the State and people to invest in infrastructure, develop the socio-economy, and improve people's lives.
Through mobilization, people donated land, demolished architectural structures, fences and gates to expand traffic routes with a total area of 5,000m2 , with an estimated total value of land and construction of over 10 billion VND.
Mr. Le Thanh Ha - Secretary of Thanh Van village Party Cell said that in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Resolution of Dai Cuong commune Party Committee determined to build Thanh Van village into a "model new rural residential area".
Based on the commune's plan, based on the criteria and actual conditions of the village, the Party cell directed the organization of the launching ceremony, assigning each Party member the responsibility of propagating and mobilizing 10-15 households.
At the same time, each branch and organization was assigned to register specific targets and tasks, in accordance with their capabilities and tasks, and actively propagate and mobilize people to respond and implement, following the motto "The State and the people work together", "People know, people discuss, people contribute, people do, people manage and people benefit". Up to now, Thanh Van residential area has completed the set criteria.

Therefore, the sense of responsibility of each Party member is clearly demonstrated, and the assigned tasks are well completed," said Mr. Ha.
Aiming to build a smart commune, Dai Cuong is strongly implementing the application of information technology in management, operation, and provision of online public services, gradually meeting the needs of organizations and individuals. These efforts not only help the commune achieve the model new rural standards but also create a solid foundation for local development in the coming time.

Dai Cuong continues to mobilize all resources for investment in completing infrastructure to serve socio-economic development, linking economic development with solving social issues well.
Along with the task of taking care of the cultural, educational, and health sectors, and strengthening national defense and security, the Commune Party Committee will lead its subordinate Party cells to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members, continue to build agencies of the political system to operate effectively, efficiently, and effectively, build a team of cadres with sufficient capacity, prestige, and equal to the task, determined to achieve the highest results in the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 15th Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030" - Mr. Nguyen Van Hai shared.
During the 2020 - 2025 term, the average annual economic growth rate of Dai Cuong commune reached 12.6%, achieving the target set by the congress resolution (12 - 13%/year). The average income per capita by the end of 2024 reached 61.43 million VND. The work of sustainable poverty reduction was well implemented, thereby reducing the poverty rate from 1.89% to 0.57% (reducing 30 households).
Notably, the locality has focused on mobilizing many resources to invest in building cultural institutions, organizing many cultural and artistic activities - sports, meeting the spiritual needs of the people.
