In 2022, Vietnam's software and IT services industry will reach a revenue of about 13 billion USD, an increase of nearly 5 times compared to 2013; with the current workforce of over 300,000 workers, an increase of nearly 2 times compared to 2013.
On June 27, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) held a press conference to introduce the "TOP 10 Excellent Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises 2023 Program". The program includes 3 activities: voting for enterprises in 25 fields; compiling special publications in 3 languages; introducing, promoting, and connecting cooperation with partners and potential customers domestically and internationally.

VINASA's report said that the revenue of Vietnam's IT sector in 2022 is 148 billion USD, an increase of nearly 4 times compared to 2013. Of which, the software and IT services industry is about 13 billion USD, an increase of nearly 5 times; the current workforce is over 300,000 workers, an increase of nearly 2 times. Vietnam has more than 10 enterprises with a scale of about 1,000 employees, and a large number of enterprises with a scale of 200-900 employees.
Vietnamese enterprises have provided most of the platforms, services, and technology solutions for domestic enterprises and organizations. Vietnam is always in the top 10 countries exporting IT services, enterprises can participate in providing services from digital transformation consulting to implementation and testing in difficult fields such as: automobile, aviation, insurance, finance, banking... Enterprises have prepared and have good capacity in most new technologies such as: AI, IoT, Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud... The number of Vietnamese digital technology enterprises is up to 70,000 enterprises.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, Vice President and General Secretary of VINASA, said that after a decade of implementation, the program "TOP 10 excellent digital technology enterprises in Vietnam" has not only selected and introduced to the market prestigious and excellent enterprises and brands; but has also contributed to gathering leading enterprises, shaping and leading the Vietnamese IT market. Thereby, forming a complete and capable market, and taking on the responsibility of pioneering digital transformation not only in Vietnam, but also in the international market.
The program is also an opportunity to promote and connect leading ICT enterprises in Vietnam with potential partners in more than 100 countries and territories around the world. Thereby directly contributing to strengthening the reputation and building the image of Vietnam's ICT industry on the world technology map.

Also at the press conference, VINASA leaders introduced the Biztech Vietnam 2023 conference and exhibition, taking place on July 6 and 7 in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first time the program has been organized with the aim of connecting B2B to promote digital transformation in the business sector; promoting and supporting businesses to transform for the business sector, thereby contributing to the development of the digital economy. The program received the response and participation of agencies, departments of Ho Chi Minh City and provinces and cities in the Southern region, business associations... Biztech Vietnam 2023 will focus on the theme "Connecting cooperation - Overcoming difficulties, reaching far", including 7 conference sessions, with nearly 50 speakers and experts; 20 exhibitors, dozens of platforms, preferential digital solutions, attracting more than 1,000 delegates who are leaders of businesses and organizations to attend.
