Hanoi surveyed 11th and 12th graders across the city to familiarize them with the high school graduation exam.

In fact, the survey of grade 12 students across the city has been organized by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training for many years.

In the 2023-2024 school year, the participants will be expanded, adding grade 11 - the group of students who will take the high school graduation exam in 2025 - the first graduation exam under the 2018 General Education Program.

According to preliminary statistics, the whole city is expected to have about 200,000 11th and 12th graders participating in the survey. The survey is expected to be held in March or April 2024.

In the 2022-2023 school year, 12th graders in Hanoi will take a test with the same format and time as the high school graduation exam. Accordingly, students will take 4 tests, including 3 compulsory tests (Math, Literature, Foreign Language) and 1 optional test in Natural Sciences (a combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (a combination of History, Geography, Civic Education).

Grade 12 students studying the regular education program take 3 tests, including 2 compulsory tests (Math, Literature) and 1 optional test in Natural Science or Social Science, according to Vietnamnet.
