At the meeting, Ambassador Tran Thi Thu Thin highly appreciated the role of CCIMV in promoting business connections, supporting trade promotion and investment between Vietnam and Mozambique in recent times, supporting Vietnamese enterprises in finding partners in Mozambique, providing information about the Vietnamese market to interested enterprises... thereby promoting economic cooperation between the two countries.
The Ambassador also proposed that the two sides coordinate to organize a number of activities in 2025, which is also the year the two countries celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations (June 25, 1975 - June 25, 2025), such as organizing trade and investment promotion forums, local connection activities, publishing market research handbooks, etc. to strengthen business connections and support the search for investment cooperation opportunities.
CCIMV President Arlindo congratulated Ambassador Tran Thi Thu Thin on her new assignment in Mozambique and expressed his belief that in her new position, the Ambassador will help strengthen and expand the economic relations between the two countries.
Based on the good relationship between the two countries, Mr. Arlindo also affirmed that he and CCIMV will fully cooperate with the Embassy in organizing upcoming activities.
The meeting took place in an open and cooperative atmosphere, demonstrating the common determination of both sides in developing the economic, trade and investment cooperation between Vietnam and Mozambique in a more substantial and effective manner, in line with the potential and aspirations of the business communities of the two countries.
