During this period, Zhi Shan Foundation supported the construction of 5 libraries through the Nghe An Provincial Children's Support Fund at schools in Hoang Mai town.
Libraries were built at Quynh Phuong A Kindergarten, Quynh Vinh B Kindergarten, Quynh Phuong A Primary School, Quynh Xuan A Primary School and Quynh Trang Secondary School.
After completion, the libraries have officially come into operation, providing a friendly learning and reading space for students.

The project has a total budget of 600 million VND, of which Zhi Shan Foundation sponsors 475 million VND, the rest is matched by the locality.
This is not only a meaningful gift for teachers and students, but also demonstrates Zhi Shan Foundation's commitment to improving the quality of education, creating a safe learning environment and comprehensive development.

Zhi Shan Foundation is a Taiwanese non-governmental organization, operating in Vietnam since 1995, implementing many projects to support disadvantaged children in the fields of education and health.
In Nghe An alone, since 2015, this organization has established 67 friendly libraries and 970 classroom bookcases, bringing reading opportunities to more than 62,800 students. In addition, since 2019, the Preschool Education Support Project has built schools, supported milk funding for more than 7,000 children and established 16 toy libraries.

In addition to building libraries, Zhi Shan Foundation also provides documents, organizes reading activities, and trains teachers and students to promote library effectiveness, contributing to improving the quality of education in Nghe An.
