In the 2019-2024 term, in the context of the whole country carrying out the "dual task" of both preventing the Covid-19 pandemic and developing the socio-economy, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels of Nghe An province and its member organizations have had many innovations and creativity in improving the quality of campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, mobilizing social resources, taking care of people's lives; calling on all classes of people to compete in studying, working creatively, joining hands and unanimously overcoming all difficulties and challenges, successfully implementing socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security of the province. It is the constant efforts to innovate itself and pioneering in digitalization that have helped the Vietnam Fatherland Front get closer to all classes of people. The great national unity bloc of the province has therefore been constantly consolidated and strengthened, creating the strength of solidarity, cohesion and sharing among members of society. In particular, during the Covid-19 outbreak, "comradeship and compatriotism" have been promoted more than ever, affirming that the strength of national solidarity is a great resource contributing to helping the Party, government and people overcome all difficulties, recover and develop the socio-economy; the material and spiritual life of the people is improved, social security is taken care of, national defense and security is ensured; the relationship between the people and the Party, government, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations is increasingly close and trustworthy.

Patriotic emulation movements and campaigns have been widely deployed, mobilizing a record amount of resources from the people with more than 5,600 billion VND, contributing to the effective implementation of political tasks of the province and localities and units. The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" alone has mobilized over 2,800 billion VND, donated over 4 million square meters of land, contributed over 5 million working days, contributing to the province now having 10 districts, 319/411 commune-level units meeting the standards and completing the task of building new rural areas.
