This is the latest notice sent by TPBank to customers, as of 11:00 a.m. on December 12, after many customers complained about not being able to transfer money via the app.
Previously, from the evening of December 11, some users of this banking application began to be unable to make payments and transfer money on Mobile Banking.
Customers still cannot access TPBank application, as of 11:00 on December 12.
Mr. Minh Hung (living in Ho Chi Minh City) said that until this morning, when accessing the TPBank application on his phone, the system still displayed "temporary service interruption" and he could not transfer money to relatives or pay for online purchases.
According to the announcement, TPBank is urgently fixing the technical problem. Some customers who buy and pay online said they are having trouble transferring money.
In the latest announcement, the bank apologized to customers for the inconvenience in transactions during this period and will continuously update information to fix the problem and restore transactions. The reason for the disruption of transactions on channels was due to the system upgrade in the early morning of December 12.
Latest statistics up to the end of the first quarter of 2024, the total number of customers served by TPBank reached 12 million customers.
