What should passengers note?

To ensure safe, on-schedule and most convenient flights, passengers are advised to proactively grasp all flight information, check-in times, and learn and comply with aviation safety and security regulations.

Passengers need to calculate the time to arrive at the airport to avoid missing their flight. Passengers need to comply with regulations related to personal documents, carry-on baggage, checked baggage... Passengers must have valid personal documents when taking the plane.

For international flights, passengers are required to have a passport, visa and other documents as required by the authorities of the countries of departure, transit and destination.

Airlines have different regulations on the size, weight and quantity of carry-on baggage allowed on board as well as checked baggage allowed to be transported and the amount to be paid for checked baggage or excess baggage. Passengers should note that they should check in online or through applications to minimize congestion at the airport.

For international flights, passengers will have to go through exit procedures after completing airline check-in procedures.

Passengers should note the validity of their passports. For some countries, passports must be valid for at least 6 months to be accepted for entry. Regarding visas, some countries require not only an entry visa but also a transit visa.

After completing aviation procedures, passengers must go to the security control area and must comply with all instructions and requests of aviation security control staff, and comply with aviation security screening procedures for people and carry-on luggage.

Therefore, after completing the security screening procedure, passengers need to quickly go to the boarding gate and wait in front of the boarding gate until the airline staff announces the opening of the boarding gate.

On flights, the flight crew will instruct on the use of safety equipment and safety regulations before the aircraft departs. Passengers must follow these instructions to ensure safety throughout the flight.

If such actions are committed, the aircraft may be forced to make an emergency landing and passengers may be forcibly removed from the aircraft. Passengers may be refused transportation, subject to administrative penalties or prosecuted.

At the arrival airport, in case of lost or damaged checked baggage, passengers can contact the Lost & Found counter to report the status of their checked baggage.
