Initial results from the model "4 good Party cells"

In recent times, Party committees and organizations in the province have proactively built the model of "4 Good Party Cells", thereby contributing to raising awareness and actions of Party committees, authorities and each Party member, successfully completing assigned tasks.

The core content of the “4 Good Party Cells” model includes: Emulating to complete tasks well; good quality of activities; good solidarity, good discipline; good cadres and party members. Building “4 Good Party Cells” in each locality and unit aims to create a strong change in improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, the quality of Party cell activities, grassroots party committees and the quality of cadres and party members, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

The Party Cell of Bieu Nghi area (Dong Mai ward, Quang Yen town) currently has 22 party members. Implementing the construction of "4 good Party Cells", the Party Cell determined that good quality of activities will contribute to improving the leadership capacity of the Party organization; thereby focusing on thematic Party Cell activities associated with local practices. At the Party Cell meeting in November 2024, the Party Cell Executive Committee chose to bring up the content of stabilizing production in the area for party members to discuss. Through the lively discussion of party members on: Continuing to effectively overcome the consequences of storm No. 3; mobilizing people to speed up the progress of land rotation for winter crops; ensuring irrigation conditions, environmental sanitation, etc., the Party Cell issued a resolution assigning responsibility to party members to directly propagate and mobilize people to ensure the planting schedule, awareness in voluntarily collecting and assembling agricultural waste, and protecting fields.

Party Cell Secretary, Head of Bieu Nghi Area Dang Xuan Quang shared: Building "4 Good Party Cells", the Party Cell focuses on innovating the way of working. In addition to passing documents and policies of the province and locality, the Party Cell announces key contents, requiring each Party member to join in practice to participate in giving opinions, exchanging, and deepening issues from the grassroots level, thereby unifying to issue resolutions for implementation in the month, promoting the role of the Party Cell, grasping and effectively implementing work in the area.

Registering to build a "4-good Party cell", the Party Committee of Binh Luc Ha Ward (Hong Phong Ward, Dong Trieu City) closely followed the evaluation criteria framework, based on the conditions and characteristics of the neighborhood, discussed, collected opinions from all Party members, and issued specialized resolutions for implementation. In particular, the key political task of the Party Cell is to promote internal strength, the strength of the entire people, mobilize resources to build a civilized urban area, and improve people's lives. The Party Cell thoroughly grasped and assigned tasks clearly to each Party member and organization, stepped up propaganda, mobilization, and promoted the exemplary role of Party members. All policies were openly discussed, creating high consensus among Party members and people. In November 2024, the area socialized more than 7 billion VND to restore Binh Luc communal house; mobilized people to contribute working days, donate land, and match over 1.7 billion VND to pave internal roads, install high-pressure lights, build canals, etc. Thanks to that, the landscape of Binh Luc Ha is increasingly improving.

According to comrade Nguyen Huu Tho, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, to implement the model of "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees", the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board has developed and issued Instruction No. 05-HD/BTCTU dated May 19, 2024 on the framework of criteria for implementing the model. Party committees at all levels have organized to disseminate and propagate the content of the Instruction, and develop plans for implementation. Party cells and Party committees based on the Instruction develop specific criteria for cells and Party committees in accordance with assigned tasks; monthly self-assess the level of completion, thereby having solutions and timely adjustments for implementation. Currently, 100% of Party cells and Party committees at the grassroots level have implemented the model of "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees", specifying the evaluation criteria of Party cells and Party committees, monthly assessment; as a basis for year-end assessment, classification and recognition of "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees".
