Building a good Party cell starts with improving the quality of Party activities.

(HBĐT) - Issuing a specialized resolution on improving the quality of Party cell activities; focusing on improving the quality and efficiency of Party cell committee activities; building a "bank" of specialized activity content... are solutions that have been applied by the Kim Boi District Party Committee to improve the quality of Party cell activities in the area in recent times.

From the orientation of the Hop Tien Commune Party Committee, the subordinate Party cells have organized specialized activities on developing beekeeping for honey. Currently, the commune has upgraded local honey to a 3-star OCOP product.

The Bo Town Party Committee has 25 subordinate Party cells, of which 14 Party cells have over 30 Party members. In recent years, the Party Committee has always paid attention to leading, directing, inspecting and supervising the improvement of the quality of SHCB according to Conclusion No. 18-KL/TW, dated September 22, 2017 of the Secretariat on continuing to promote the implementation of Directive No. 10-CT/TW of the 10th Party Central Committee Secretariat "on improving the quality of SHCB" in the new situation; Instruction No. 12-HD/BTCTW, dated July 6, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee on a number of issues on improving the quality of SHCB. At the same time, the attendance of SHCB by Party Committee members has been strictly implemented. Thanks to that, although many Party cells have a large number of Party members, the activities have been in order, the number of Party members attending meetings has always reached over 95%. The Party cell has truly promoted its role as a political nucleus at the grassroots level.

Together with the Deputy Secretary of the Bo Town Party Committee, Bui Manh Khoi, we attended the regular July SHCB of the Sao area Party cell. With the guidance and direction of the higher-level Party Committee, at this meeting, the Sao Party cell disseminated and deployed to all Party members the directive documents of the higher level; deployed the work of the Party Committee and the Party cell in July 2023. Party members in the Party cell discussed and raised a number of issues of concern to the people such as: admitting new Party members, managing traffic safety corridors, collecting waste, etc.

Kim Boi District Party Committee has 6,700 Party members, operating in 43 grassroots Party organizations. The entire Party Committee has 266 Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee. In the past time, the Party Committees at all levels of the district have focused on leading and directing the improvement of the quality of SHCB according to Directive No. 10-CT/TW, dated March 30, 2007 of the Secretariat; Conclusion No. 18-KL/TW, dated September 22, 2017 of the Secretariat on continuing to promote the implementation of Directive No. 10-CT/TW; Instruction No. 12-HD/BTCTW, dated July 6, 2018 of the Central Organizing Committee on a number of issues on improving the quality of SHCB and Regulation No. 31-QDi/TU, dated December 14, 2018 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on criteria for assessing the quality of SHCB in the Provincial Party Committee.

Focusing on this task, Kim Boi District Party Committee has disseminated documents to 100% of subordinate Party organizations, concretized them into plans, instructions and implemented them seriously, synchronously and effectively in the area. Based on the Resolution of the District Party Congress and the annual political tasks of the Party Committee, Kim Boi District Party Committee has built specialized "banks", thereby orienting the content of SHCB meetings to the reality of localities, agencies and units; assigning superior Party committees to attend and directly guide the preparation of SHCB content and methods; organizing professional training for Party cell committee members; organizing pilot activities...

Not stopping there, Kim Boi District Party Committee built a project to implement the model of "4 good Party cells", including the following contents: competing to complete tasks well; good quality of activities; good solidarity, good discipline; good cadres and party members.

Comrade Vu Dinh Kien, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of Kim Boi District Party Committee, said: This is also a solution to continue implementing Directive No. 31-CT/TU, dated June 2, 2014 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on improving the quality and efficiency of Party cell operations. In the project, the Organizing Committee of the District Party Committee advised on developing guidelines and a detailed assessment criteria framework for each type of Party cell, thereby specifying the goal of improving the quality of SHCB in the new situation.

With that approach, the quality of SHCB in all types of Party cells in Kim Boi district has been basically improved. First of all, the Party cells strictly followed the regular and regular working regime, and the basic topics were ensured according to regulations. The content of SHCB was gradually innovated to be closer to the characteristics and situation of the unit, focusing on new, prominent, practical issues, suitable for the assigned tasks, contributing to training and improving all aspects of the qualifications of cadres and Party members. "Democracy in SHCB was expanded, discipline, discipline and Party principles were maintained, Party members participated in discussions, expressed their opinions, creating an open and sincere atmosphere...
