In 2024, due to the impact of the weather, although the yield decreased, with an area of ​​more than 1 hectare, after deducting expenses, the family still earned a profit of nearly 80 million VND. In addition to selling fruit, the family also earned about 20 million VND from selling seedlings.

With 9 members, the Bay Village Agricultural Cooperative, Tong Co Commune, Thuan Chau District is taking care of 30 hectares of coffee trees, 7 hectares of plum trees; intensively cultivating more than 5 hectares of green vegetables. In December 2022, the Cooperative received support from the Provincial Farmers' Association with 30 breeding pigs. Expanding the scale of livestock farming, in early March 2025, the Cooperative continued to borrow 500 million VND from the Provincial Farmers' Association's Farmers' Support Fund. Members invested in raising 400 pigs. Mr. Luong Van Hong, a member of the Bay Village Agricultural Cooperative, shared: When joining the Cooperative, I was guided in building livestock barns. However, due to limited funds, investment was difficult. When accessing capital from the Fund, it helped my family as well as other members of the Cooperative expand the scale of livestock farming and increase income.

In Quynh Nhai district, from 2024 to present, the District Farmers' Association has coordinated with the Fund's Executive Board to disburse 1.8 billion VND for 4 projects with 50 participating households. In 2024, the whole district has 1,409 households achieving the title of good production and business households at all levels. Mr. Bui Thanh Binh, Chairman of the District Farmers' Association shared: With convenient access to capital sources, simple loan procedures, timely support for farmers lacking capital to develop production, contributing to pushing back the "black credit" problem in rural areas.

The Provincial Farmers' Association has over 170,000 members, operating in 2,248 branches. From 2024 to present, the Provincial Farmers' Support Fund has disbursed to 53 projects with 440 borrowers, with a total budget of nearly 19 billion VND. To date, 12/12 districts, cities, and towns have established farmer support funds of 1 billion VND or more. In addition, the associations at all levels have also entrusted loans from credit institutions to 44,247 borrowers, with a total outstanding debt of nearly 3,000 billion VND...

With preferential loans, farmers have the conditions to expand production, apply scientific and technological advances; form joint ventures and associations to develop production towards commodities, build and replicate many models of high economic value. In the whole province, there are over 30,000 households achieving the title of good farmers and businessmen at all levels.

The Provincial Farmers Support Fund Executive Board has performed well in all stages from selecting investment models, borrowers, project appraisal, and loan disbursement. It has also strengthened inspection and supervision of project implementation at the grassroots level; especially decentralization, delegation of authority, and assignment of responsibilities to lower-level associations and individuals in performing tasks. In 2024, associations at all levels will open 30 training courses, transferring science and technology to 1,723 participants.

Mr. Bac Cam Khuyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, informed: Accompanying members, the Provincial Farmers' Association continues to direct farmers' associations at all levels in the province to review the number of member families in need of loans to have a plan to allocate capital reasonably and effectively. Strengthen coordination with specialized agencies to organize training and transfer production techniques, contributing to increasing farmers' income.

With timely support in loans from the Provincial Farmers Support Fund, farmers are being supported and given the opportunity to invest in expanding production and business, creating jobs, and contributing to sustainable poverty reduction.
