Trang Due 3 Industrial Park and Trang Cat Urban Area are granted investment registration.
On the afternoon of January 16, 2025, two key projects of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation, namely Trang Cat Urban and Service Area Project and Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project, were granted investment certificates.
These are two outstanding projects among those granted investment registration certificates by Hai Phong City, including 5 domestic investment projects (DDI), with a total capital of 79,425.52 billion VND (equivalent to 3.394 billion USD) and 6 foreign investment projects (FDI) with a total capital of 125.65 million USD.
Accordingly, the Trang Cat Urban and Service Area Project invested by Trang Cat Urban Development Company Limited (a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - KBC) will increase capital by an additional VND 62,746 billion (total VND 69,087 billion).
The project was approved by the Hai Phong City People's Committee for its master plan in 2010 with a total land area of 584.94 hectares, in Trang Cat ward, Hai An district, in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone, Hai Phong city.

Trang Cat urban and service area project is planned with a coastal urban area system with a synchronous and modern structure system, developing housing types such as townhouses, villas, mixed-use apartments, social housing areas... The project is organized into 5 areas (White Pearl Area, Dolphin Area, Starfish Area, Coral Area, Social Housing Area) with separate themes and different characteristics.
When put into operation, Trang Cat Urban and Service Area project will bring an open, friendly and close-to-nature space, serving the increasing needs of Hai Phong residents as well as international visitors living and working in the city.

The project to invest in construction and business of Trang Due 3 industrial park infrastructure is invested by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SHP - a subsidiary of KBC). The project scale is 652.73 hectares, implemented in Truong Tho, Truong Thanh, An Tien, Bat Trang communes (An Lao district) with an investment capital of 8,094.4 billion VND.
Trang Due 3 is oriented to be a multi-industry, high-tech industrial park in the fields of electronics, electronic components, precision mechanics, etc., in line with the city's development orientation.
Trang Due 3 Industrial Park project was implemented with the desire to continue the success of Trang Due 1 and 2 Industrial Parks (An Duong district, Hai Phong city) - invested in construction since 2007 with synchronous and modern infrastructure items; has attracted large and small projects both domestically and internationally; especially projects of LG Group such as LG Display, LG Electronics, LG Innotek, LG Chem. Up to now, Trang Due Industrial Park phase 1 & 2 (scale of 401 hectares) has been filled with 100% of commercial land (112 projects) with a total investment capital of up to nearly 11 billion USD, showing the attractiveness of Hai Phong city in general, and Trang Due 1 + 2 Industrial Park in particular.
KBC is urgently carrying out legal procedures to be able to officially provide business premises to domestic and foreign enterprises in 2025.
