Si Ma Cai district successfully completed the 2024 defense zone exercise

On July 10-11, Simacai district organized a defense zone exercise (KVPT) in 2024. Phase 2: Organizing defense combat preparations, including 2 training issues. Phase 3: Practicing defense operations.
