Commemoration Ceremony for National Ancestor Lac Long Quan

On the morning of April 3rd (corresponding to the 6th day of the 3rd lunar month of the Year of the Snake 2025), at the Temple of National Ancestor Lac Long Quan - Hung Temple Historical Site, the Party Committee, government, and people of Phu Tho province, on behalf of the people, soldiers nationwide, and overseas Vietnamese, organized the commemoration ceremony for National Ancestor Lac Long Quan.

The delegates respectfully paid tribute to the merits of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan.

Attending the ceremony were: Bui Minh Chau - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Bui Van Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Phung Khanh Tai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Huy Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee for the Hung Kings Commemoration Day and the Hung Kings' Land Culture and Tourism Week in the Year of the Snake 2025; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, agencies, units, organizations, districts, cities, and towns; localities surrounding the Hung Kings' Temple Historical Relic Area, along with a large number of people and tourists from all over.

Provincial leaders offered incense and flowers in commemoration of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan.

At the Temple of National Ancestor Lac Long Quan on Sim Mountain, the leaders of Phu Tho province, on behalf of the people, soldiers nationwide, and overseas Vietnamese, respectfully offered incense, flowers, and offerings to express gratitude and commemorate the contributions of National Ancestor Lac Long Quan in pioneering and establishing the nation's borders, laying the foundation for the Vietnamese people; praying for the National Ancestor's blessings for favorable weather, national prosperity, peace and security, lasting happiness for all families, and an increasingly prosperous life for the people. The descendants of Lac Hong pledge to continue the tradition of the Dragon and Immortal, constantly striving, uniting to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and working towards building a peaceful , prosperous, and developed Vietnam.

Before the sacred spirit of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan, the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Phu Tho province pledge to uphold the strength and traditions of their heroic homeland; successfully achieve the socio-economic development goals set forth in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; effectively carry out political tasks in 2025; and build Phu Tho province into a leading developed province in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region.

Earlier, Chu Hoa commune, Viet Tri city, performed a ritual offering, expressing the reverence and gratitude of the descendants of Lac Long Quan to the National Ancestor.
