Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Ba Che district regularly pay attention to directing the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations (GDCCS). Thereby consolidating trust, creating consensus, promoting solidarity among the people, contributing to the successful implementation of local socio-economic development goals and tasks.
According to Vice Chairwoman of the District People's Committee Dinh Thi Vy, the implementation of the QCDCCS is associated with the implementation of the district's socio-economic development tasks such as: Administrative reform plan, administrative reform propaganda, government mass mobilization... In order to achieve the goal of both economic development, ensuring social security and people's lives; thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, thereby continuing to promote and improve the quality and effectiveness of the construction and implementation of the QCDCCS...
Serving the people is considered a measure in implementing the QCDCCS. Through mass mobilization activities, the government and localities focus on administrative reform, effectively implementing the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms in handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment. In the first months of 2024, the District Public Administration Center received 1,730 records, processed 1,709 records, reaching 98.78% (of which 1,687 records were online, reaching 97.25%), and is processing 21 records.
The district regularly organizes citizen receptions according to plan, resolves complaints and denunciations, and prevents and combats corruption. In the first 10 months of 2024, agencies, units, the District Citizen Reception Committee, and People's Committees at all levels received 158 regular and unscheduled citizen visits; of which 90 were at the district level and 68 were at the commune level. 100% of the people's legitimate cases and petitions were promptly and effectively resolved, without causing any frustration or problems.
The district focuses on the work of praising and promoting typical examples of skillful mass mobilization, typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds in all fields, creating conditions for prestigious people to participate in disseminating the rights and obligations of citizens in implementing the contents of the QCDCCS. Towards the election of village, hamlet and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term, the People's Committees of communes and towns coordinate with the Fatherland Front at the same level to organize community meetings to carry out preparation work and collect opinions, nominate individuals suitable for the position of village, hamlet and neighborhood chief.
With the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit", the basic contents of the QCDCCS are implemented in all areas of life, having a positive impact on socio-economic development and new rural construction in the locality. The People's Inspection Boards of communes and towns regularly collect and receive information reflecting the people, monitor and supervise agencies, organizations and individuals in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; in 2024, 6 supervisions were conducted and proposals and recommendations were made to competent authorities for consideration. The Community Investment Supervision Board organized 21 supervisions, through supervision, there were 3 proposals and recommendations, contributing to improving the quality of construction works. Mediation work at the grassroots level has been effective with a successful mediation rate of over 95%. The QCDCCS is also specified in village conventions and conventions. villages, neighborhoods, really entering people's lives, helping to strengthen solidarity...
Effective implementation of the QCDCCS contributes to creating consensus in society, mobilizing people's cooperation and contribution in participating in activities and areas of life. At the same time, it strengthens the relationship between the Party Committee, the government and the people; promotes socio-economic development, and maintains security and order in the area.
